Gemma Pickerill is the owner and creator of the latex clothing brand Soft Skin Latex which began in 2018. As head designer and maker at Soft Skin, she combines a background in historical costume with fetish and queer fashion to produce refreshingly different latex designs. Gemma has taken inspiration from the DIY culture and gender fluidity of the London queer club scene and has had the pleasure of dressing a number of drag artists and queer icons such as Sasha Velour, Manila Luzon, Gothy Kendoll, Crystal, Bimini and Brooke Candy. Her work has also been featured in The Face Magazine, Bricks Magazine and has most recently been used for a Boy Harsher / Perfume genius music video.

Happy House  and 'Soft Skin Latex' translate the fusion of printing on latex, taking inspiration from the iconic ,Punk legend Lou Reed, to create the perfect collaboration.
